Functional Features
The LCD multifunctional display window displays rich content, allowing users to grasp the basic device settings and monitor the operation status at any time. Fault alarm information is clear at a glance;
Equipped with infrared remote control (optional), achieving non-contact on-site control and parameter setting, and realizing maintenance without opening the cover;
Real time monitoring function of the actuator. After detecting a fault, the motor will stop running to protect the equipment system. In addition to displaying alarm information on the display screen, an alarm can be sent to the control system through passive contacts;
Equipped with automatic protection function for phase loss and automatic phase sequence detection and correction function, there is no need to worry about phase sequence issues on site;
By adopting advanced and original PID improved control algorithm, the success rate of one positioning has been increased. The improved PID control algorithm can automatically adjust its PID parameters based on the inertia, wear, and changes in load force (torque) of the actuator brake mechanism. The optimal stopping time for forward and reverse rotation can be calculated based on the PID parameters to ensure successful positioning once;
Equipped with over torque protection function, the actuator can be disconnected in case of malfunction;
The ZF model (optional) is embedded with support for Modbus communication protocol RTU communication mode based on 485 communication interface, and can also customize debugging in case of power failure and display function of LCD screen (built-in rechargeable battery).
