Nozzles can be classified by material into metal nozzles, plastic nozzles, ceramic nozzles, and alloy nozzles. Among them, the characteristics and advantages of ceramic nozzles are extremely prominent.
1. Corrosion resistance and long service life
Ceramic nozzles have excellent chemical resistance and generally do not undergo chemical reactions when in long-term contact with acidic or alkaline substances or other chemicals. Therefore, it can reduce the frequency of equipment replacement, save finished products, and have a longer service life.
2. Wear resistance and high temperature resistance
The hardness of ceramic materials is equivalent to 266 times that of manganese steel and 171.5 times that of chromium cast iron. It has a certain impact resistance and is not easily deformed. The wear and tear during use is also smaller, and there will be no excessive damage in a short period of time. It can be operated in high temperature environments.
3. Non rusting and anti-static
The special material of ceramic nozzles makes them less prone to rusting when exposed to water. In humidification work, static electricity can also be effectively prevented, thereby reducing fire accidents caused by static electricity in these places.
